Education: Moscow Power Engineering Institute (MPEI), specialty "Automation and Telemechanics".

Awards: Awarded the title of the Honored Power Engineer of the Russian Federation.

Experience: All production activities of A. Svergin is associated with the development of the Far North fields of the Tyumen region.
Since 1987, he has been working in Purneftegaz Association (since 1995 OAO Rosneft Purneftegaz) established in 1986 to develop a group of deposits of Pur-Tazovskoye O&G region. First, he worked as the chief of the relay, automation, and lightning protection service, then as the chief engineer of the Barsukovsky department for the operation of power networks and electrical equipment.
In 1990, he was appointed as deputy head for power supply of the NGDU Kharampurneft of Rosneft-Purneftegaz.
From 1998 to 2007, he held the position of the head of the power supply and communications department of GazpromNeft Noyabrskneftegaz, LLC
Since 2008, he has headed EnergoTechService, LLC.

Work experience: 46 years of total professional experience in his area of specialization, 43 years of professional experience in the power supply of the Oil & Gas industry.

Education: Omsk Polytechnic Institute (now Omsk State Technical University), “Power supply of industrial enterprises and urban areas”.

Awards: The titles "Honored Power Engineer of the Russian Federation” and “Honored Worker of the Fuel and Energy Industry of Russia" have been awarded.

Experience: More than 100 projects of generating facilities’ construction for distant oil and gas fields with total capacity more than 700 MW, including the gas turbine power plant in the Vankorskoye (280 MW), Priobskoye (315 MW) fields, Gas reciprocating power plant in the Tarasovskoye field (54 MW). Implementation of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation to integrate the Vankorski power region to Tyumen power supply system.

Publications: Co-author of the book «Improving the reliability of electrical equipment and 0.4-110 kV lines in the oil industry under the influence of overvoltages» («Energoatomizdat», 2006), author of publications in expert media.

Education: Institute of Business Studies, RANEPA, Executive MBA.

Experience: Participation and implementation of projects on power supply and maintenance of power equipment in the O&G industry. The formation and implementation of a project to create a partnership network of sales services with more than 100 offices in the Russian Federation.

M. Manokhin

Head of the Service Department

Experience: 20 years in power supply industry.

Awards: The holder of Golden Certificates of Waukesha gas engines.

Experience: More than 150 power plants have become operational (installation, starting-up and adjustment works, customer support) with the direct participation or management.
