EnergoTechService summed up the results of participation in the Tyumen Oil and Gas Forum

Our company participated in the Tyumen Oil and Gas Forum (TNF-2018), which was held in Tyumen on 19-20 September 2018. The main topics of the TNF-2018 are the digital economy and “smart technologies”, which now determine the vector of development of the oil and gas industry in the coming years. In the context of the main topic, issues of innovative technologies of mining and development of fields, geological exploration, TIPS, personnel policy, infrastructure and many others were considered.

EnergoTechService became a partner of the key session of the forum - “Infrastructure of a new generation”. The report “Energy Supply of Oil and Gas Fields: Modern Challenges and Innovative Solutions” by A.A. Svergin the director of EnergoTechService, Honored Power Engineer of Russia, explained how decentralization can lead to a reduction in infrastructure costs. “It is the ЗD - decentralization, decarbonization and digitization - that become the main trends of distributed energy in the world,” said the speaker. The topic of efficiency continued the practice of energy supply of oil fields A.F. Sabadash, who spoke about the use of GRPP in power supply drilling. The story was supplemented by the results of the POP and economic calculations.

The outdoor exposition has also become a platform for demonstrating the success of the EnergoTechService in the field of energy supply to oil and gas fields. We again presented the modular gas piston power station ETS-W1375GE, the first sample of which became the central exhibit of the TNF-2017. For a year, our engineers worked to make the module more compact, so that its factory readiness was higher, which means that the time for putting the GRPP into operation is shorter. The object attracted the closest attention of distinguished guests of the forum, professional audience and the media.

The main advantage of the new model is a high degree of factory readiness. If previously air cooler units (ACU) were located on the roof of the module and had to be dismantled during transportation, now the standard position of the ACU is on the container frame. This means that the entire cooling system of a GRPP can be assembled and tested in factory conditions, and later, without dismantling, it can be delivered to the site of operation. According to the estimates of the EnergoTechService operational services, this design solution shortens the activation period of the power plant from the transport to the working state by at least 3-5 days. In addition, the power plant has become lighter, which also simplifies transportation: the previous version weighed 38 tons, and the new one - 29 tons.

Summing up the participation in TNF-2018, A.A. Svergin noted that the forum allowed to visually demonstrate to the oil and gas workers the current level of development of EnergoTechService competencies, as well as to announce plans for their expansion. “TNF allows us to confidently hold the status of a key energy partner of the Russian oil and gas industry,” the director concluded.
