EnergoTechService has received access to the facilities construction up to ₽10 billion
More
EnergoTechService has completed the delivery of two INNIO Jenbacher JMS 620 GS-N.L F07 gas reciprocating units for Kislovodsk CHP (LUKOIL-Rostovenergo LLC). The new equipment will operate in cogeneration mode. The electric power generated by the new equipment will be consumed for the CHP's own needs and supplied to the external network, and the thermal energy will be sent to the heating networks of Kislovodsk. At the moment, the Kislovodsk CHP provides heat to more than half of the objects of the sanatorium-resort complex of Kislovodsk. The initiator of the modernization was LUKOIL-Rostovenergo LLC, and the general contractor and contract holder is Energoremont JSC.
The delivery package includes a gas engine on a frame with a 6.3 kV synchronous generator (rotation speed 1500 rpm), a set of gas fittings with instrumentation (gas ramp), control cabinets, sets of starter batteries and air filters, a pre-chamber compressor and air cooling devices (dry cooling towers). The unit electric power is 3050 kW, thermal power is 2971 kW.
A special feature of the project is the gas engines installation in a CHP building with maximum use of the existing infrastructure of the facility. Installation and integration of new equipment into the electric and thermal networks of LUKOIL-Rostovenergo should be completed in October 2022. Installation supervision and commissioning will be carried out by employees of the relevant departments of EnergoTechService.
Information about the Kislovodsk CHP.
Kislovodsk CHP is a part of LUKOIL-Rostovenergo LLC since 2011. It is the oldest thermal power plant in the Stavropol Territory, in October 2020 it celebrated its 85th anniversary. Two BM-35-RF steam boilers are installed at the station, which in total are capable of producing up to 100 tons of steam per hour, a turbine unit R-6-35/ 5M-1 and two KVGM-30 hot water boilers with a total capacity of 60 Gcal/h. The thermal power plant also includes heating networks (Southern and Eastern Rays). Their total length in two-pipe calculation is more than 10 km. The station provides heat to more than half of the objects of the sanatorium-resort complex of Kislovodsk.
