New GRPP for Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz

EnergoTechService completed the project delivery of four modular GRPP for the energy complex Chatylkinskoye deposit (AO Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegas). New gas-piston power plants will increase the installed capacity of the local power of field by 4.4 MW. Associated petroleum gas is used as fuel.

Power plant delivered to the warehouse of material and technical resources of AO Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegas in Noyabrsk at the end of December 2017. Transportation of power modules to the place of operation, installation supervision and commissioning is planned for the near future.

The main generating equipment of the new GRPP are gas-piston generating sets based on the GE Waukesha VHP L7044GSI engine. Since 2017, EnergoTeсhService independently carry out aggregation the GPU using VHP L7044GSI engines, Stamford & AvK PI736F2 generators and steel frames of its own design. Monitoring and management of units is carried out by the Automatic Management System Prometey developed by EnergoTeсhService. An all-weather module for placing generating equipment and engineering systems of the power plant inside it has also been developed by EnergoTeсhService designers. Since mid-2017, a modular GRPP of a high degree of factory readiness with a unit capacity of 1.1 MW is produced serially and is offered on the market under the name ETS-W1390GE.

Two GRPPs with a dry transformer 0.4 / 6 kV and two without a transformer were supplied for the Chatylka field. In accordance with the customer's requirement, the dimensions of the GRPP without the transformer were reduced to 12 x 3 x 3.2 m (L x W x H) (12 x 3.2 x 3.2 m for the GRPP with transformer compartment).

It is worth noting that EnergoTeсhService has been carrying out fully integrated operation of power equipment at the Chatylkinskoye field since 2009. "We share the decision of GPN-Noyabrskneftegaz to follow the path of unifying the generating equipment," says Valery Svergin, head of the commercial direction of EnergoTeсhService. According to him, this will allow to optimize the work of the personnel of the power complex and reduce the nomenclature of the spare parts and a specialized tool local warehouse. "This helps to reduce the time and financial resources for maintenance and scheduled equipment repairs," Mr. Svergin adds.

Information about the Chatylkinskoye field:

Chatylkinskoye oil field is located in the Krasnoselkupsky region of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, 200 km from Noyabrsk. The power supply of the oilfield is provided by an auxiliary power plant based on 7 GE Waukesha VHP 5904GSID gas reciprocating units of modular design. As a fuel, associated petroleum gas from locally produced oil is used. Auxiliary power plant was put into commercial operation in 2007-2008. The program of full repair of power equipment based on GE Waukesha in the fields Chatylkinskoye and Holmistoye, designed for 2 years, was completed in 2017. The work was carried out by the engineers of the service management of EnergoTeсhService.
