The Government of the Tyumen Region and EnergoTechService signed an agreement on second stage of TZEO construction
The agreement on cooperation in the implementation of the project between the Government of the Tyumen Region and the EnergoTechService company's management was signed on September 21, 2022 within the framework of the TNF-2022 Industrial and Energy Forum. The project involves the implementation of the second stage of the construction of the Tyumen Power Equipment Plant (TZEO) in the Borovsky Industrial Park (Tyumen region). The agreement was signed by Alexander Moore, Governor of the Tyumen Region, and Alexander Svergin, Chairman of the Board of EnergoTechService, Honorary Power Engineer of Russia.
As part of the second stage, it is planned to increase the size of the assembly shop, as well as to build two new buildings — a logistics distribution complex with an area of 2000 m2 and an administrative building. The total volume of investments will amount to about 2 billion rubles. About 500 million rubles — for the construction of a property complex, 1.5 billion rubles — for power generating equipment purchase. The number of newly created jobs will exceed 150: 30 will be set up locally on the territory of the Tyumen Power Equipment Plant in the Borovsky Industrial Park. The estimated completion date of the project is the third quarter of 2025.
Briefly about the volume of construction.
After the reconstruction, the assembly shop will increase almost 2 times — from 1250 m2 to 2300 m2. This will double the number of assembly lines (sites where power plants and other equipment are packaged into blocks). Separate rooms will be allocated in the workshop for washing, sandblasting and painting containers and reciprocating gas engines (paint chamber), as well as a service area where gas engines will be repaired.
The new logistics distribution complex will be used to complete the equipment of power plants before being sent to the place of operation, as well as serve as a warehouse for storing spare parts and tools. The dimensions of the warehouse complex will be 100 x 20 x 8 m (L x W x H). It will be equipped with three rows of double-sided racks with a length of 60 m, access roads and a ramp gate system. Also inside there will be administrative and household premises, warehouses for storing large-sized equipment and a charging area for warehouse equipment. Separately, a covered outdoor storage area of goods and materials will be organized near the distribution center.
The area of the three-storey administrative building is supposed to be mainly used for educational purposes. The entire infrastructure of the "Gas Engine Maintenance Training Center" will be located here: classrooms, laboratories with panel equipment, control systems, training models and stands. The building will also organize meals for the TZEO employees and students. In fact, the "Gas Engine Maintenance Training Center" began its work in January 2022, but classroom classes were held in the Tyumen office of EnergoTechService (Tyumen, Permyakova, 1-5) due to the lack of lecture halls at the TZEO. With the opening of the administrative building, this problem will be solved.
Recall that the first stage of the Tyumen Power Equipment Plant was put into operation in September 2019. Then the solemn events were also held within the framework of the TNF forum.
