EnergoTechService has completed the delivery of the INNIO Jenbacher J420 GS-N.L gas genset for an enterprise of the T Plus group. The equipment will be used to modernize the Gurzufskaya central boiler house in Yekaterinburg, owned by the Sverdlovsky branch of T Plus PJSC. The genset, equipped with a heat recovery system, will be fully integrated into the infrastructure of the boiler house and will ensure the generation of electricity and heat from natural gas in CHP mode.
The scope of delivery included an INNIO Jenbacher J420 GS-N.L gas genset, a gas train for pressures over 500 mbar, an interface cabinet and a generator set control cabinet. JMS 420 in nominal mode generates 1498 kWh of electrical energy and 936 kWh of thermal energy. It has one of the highest electrical efficiency in the class - 42.9%.
Jenbacher Type 4 products line is one of the most modern engine in the INNIO portfolio: it has been present in the production program of the Jenbacher plant since 2002. It is based on the designs of time-tested Jenbacher Type 3 and Type 6 engines. Since 2002, about 6,000 engines of this series have been manufactured. The patented LEANOX® lean burn control system ensures the lowest levels of harmful substances in the exhaust. Jenbacher Type 4 meets NOx requirements even without a catalytic converter installed.
Gurzufskaya boiler house is located at st. Gurzufskaya, 40a in Yekaterinburg, Russia. It includes four water-heating boilers of the PTVM-100 type with heat carrier parameters of 1.6 MPa/150˚С and a water treatment plant with a capacity of 800 t/h. Installed thermal power - 400 Gcal / h. The boiler house was put into operation in 1969, but regularly provides reliable and uninterrupted supply of heat and hot water to consumers in the central regions of Yekaterinburg around the clock. Reliable operation of the boiler house is ensured, among other things, through measures to upgrade and modernize the equipment of the boiler house. So, in 2019-2020 chimneys were replaced with corrosion-resistant ones made of fiberglass.
T Plus group is systematically increasing investments in heat supply to the regions and is actively participating in the transition to a new model of the heat market in all areas of its presence, in which the focus is not on the volume of work, but on their quality and comfort for the consumer.
The integration of the INNIO Jenbacher J420 genset unit into the thermal and electrical networks of the Sverdlovsky branch of the T Plus Group is scheduled for the end of 2022. Commissioning will be carried out by employees of the EnergoTechService Service Department.
