Placement of new bonds of EnergoTechService

OOO EnergoTechService plans on July 7, 2020 to place a bond issue of series 001Р-03 with a nominal volume of 250 million rubles and a maturity of 3 years at the Moscow Exchange.

Investors showed increased interest in the previous issue of 001Р-02 series bonds. Actual demand during the placement on June 22, 2020 significantly exceeded the issue volumes. In this regard, EnergoTechService decided to place a new issue with a nominal volume of 250 million rubles with the same parameters.

The issue is placed under the Bond Program with identification number 4-00490-R-001Р-02E dated November 26, 2019. The issue provides for payment of a quarterly coupon and amortization in the amount of 10% of the par value of bonds, starting from the date of payment of the fifth coupon. The placement organizer will again be OOO ATON.
