Placement of the second issue of exchange-traded bonds

EnergoTechService will carry out the second placement of exchange-traded bonds on the Moscow Exchange. The company plans to place three-year exchange-traded bonds worth 500 million rubles and a coupon rate of 12% per annum. This is already the second placement in the history of the company in terms of volume twice the previous one. All funds raised as part of the issue will be directed to replenish working capital, fulfill obligations to counterparties, and finance costs under the implementation of contracts. The issue is organized by OOO ATON and AO IFC Solid.

On June 8, 2020, ATON began forming an order book for the placement of a three-year bond issue of OOO EnergoTechService.The book-building will be completed on June 17, and on June 22, according to preliminary information, the bonds will be placed and their circulation will begin on the Moscow Exchange. According to analysts of the ATON investment block, the segment of high-yield corporate debt instruments is attracting more and more interest. On June 9, 2020, an online discussion “Placement of bonds of EnergoTechService: opportunities for investors” was held, dedicated to the upcoming event.
